I stood shivering in the dark, breathing hard, waiting for that first hint of light. Then, just as the sky started to glow, it happened—the sun broke over the horizon, spilling soft light across the valley below. The mountains turned pink and gold, and the shadows melted away. It felt like the world was waking up.

I clicked the shutter, capturing the sunlight spreading across the peaks and into the valley like a warm blanket. The scene was more beautiful than I had hoped for, and I knew I had caught the moment I’d been waiting for.
